		<description>I don&#039;t know, it seems like if you give money to someone who you believe in, you are giving them money to keep doing what they are doing.  OTOH, if you give money to both parties, it seems like you want something in return.  Why should you need to &quot;hedge your bets&quot; unless you are expecting something in return?  I understand the idea, but it just sounds too much like a bribe to me.</description>
