Chernobyl

Time passes. It feels like yesterday when it happened. I remember it like it was yesterday. That is odd. I really don’t remember it being so long ago. Possibly 300,000 dead. The carbon fires put out by men flying helicopters pouring sand on it. Flight after flight. All the pilots died. All the newarby towns are dead, and will be for another 300-600 years. Lets take a ride and visit it. Our guide is a brave woman on a bullet bike. She knows quite a bit about radiation. I suppose I would too if I lived there. Her english is impeccable and she really conveys the horror that is the area. “History shows again and again how nature points up the folly of men.”
